Making sausages
1. Place the motor unit on a flat surface,
e.g. a kitchen counter, and make sure
it is standing firmly.
2. Ensure the arm is tilted down and
locked securely in position.
3. Remove the screw (2) and detach the
removable cover from the accessory
socket (3).
4. Attach the meat grinder body (14) us-
ing the accessory socket and secure
it in place using the screw (2).
5. Fit the auger (15) in the meat grinder
body, and press firmly into place.
6. Attach the adapter (19c) to the auger.
7. Attach the required sausage horn
(19a/b) to the auger.
8. Fit the ring nut (18) over the meat
screen on the grinder body. Turn
clockwise to lock. The ring nut must
hold the meat screen securely in
place. Do not overtighten.
9. Fit the tray (20) onto the meat grinder
body. Insert the tamper (21) into the
feeding tube on the grinder body (14).
10. The appliance is now ready for use.
11. Place the soaked natural sausage
casing or artificial sausage casing on
the sausage horn (19a/b).
Turn the appliance on to speed set-
ting 1-4.
Place the sausage meat on the tray
(20), and push it down using the tam-
per (21) to fill the sausages.
12. Do not operate the device for more
than 15 min and then allow it to cool
down for a further 10 min.
USING THE BISCUIT ADAPTER
1. Fit the meat grinder body (14) into the
accessory opening (3) as described
above.
2. Attach the auger (15) in the grinder
body.
3. Fit the spreader disc (23). Do not fit
any blade or meat screen.
4. Fit the round metal holder (24) onto
the auger.
5. Fit the ring nut over the metal holder
on the meat grinder body. Turn clock-
wise to lock. The ring nut must hold
the metal holder securely in place. Do
not over tighten.
6. Fit the flat patterned metal plate (25)
in the metal holder (24).
7. Push the metal strip back or forward
to select the pattern for the biscuit
dough.
