LIMITED WARRANTY
One Year Part s Warrant y:
For one year from t he dat e of original purchase, your local reseller w ill provide free of charge, non-consumable
replacement part s or component s t hat failed due t o manufact uring defect s. Subject t o t he condit ions and limit at ions
set fort h below , your local reseller w ill, at it s opt ion, eit her repair or replace any part of it s product s t hat prove
defect ive by reason of improper w orkmanship or mat erials. Repaired part s or replacement product s w ill be provided
by your local reseller on an exchange basis, and w ill be eit her new or refurbished t o be funct ionally equivalent t o new .
The consumer is responsible for all shipping cost s. Consumable part s not covered by t his w arrant y include but not
limit ed t o: Light bulbs, met al and cont rol panel.
Who is Covered:
This w arrant y is ext ended t o t he original purchaser for product s purchased for ordinary home use.
This Warrant y Will Be Voided When:
Product damaged t hrough negligence, improper inst allat ion, accident , abuse, misuse, nat ural disast er, insufficient or
excessive elect rical supply, abnormal mechanical or environment al condit ions, or any unaut horized disassembly,
repair, modificat ion, or failure t o follow inst allat ion inst ruct ions. When product is used commercially or ot her t han it s
int ended purpose. Damaged because of improper connect ion w it h equipment of ot her manufact urers. Repaired or
modified by anyone ot her t han your local reseller’ s aut horized agent s. This limit ed w arrant y also does not apply t o any
product on w hich t he original ident ificat ion informat ion has been alt ered, oblit erat ed or removed, has not been handled
or packaged correct ly or has been sold as second-hand.
What is Not Covered:
Consumable part s such as light bulbs, met al and cont rol panel. The nat ural w ear of finish, and w ear due t o improper
maint enance, use of corrosive and abrasive cleaning product s, pads, and oven cleaner product s. Chips, dent s or cracks
due t o abuse, misuse, freight damage, or improper inst allat ion. Damage of product caused by accident , fire, floods or
act of God. The manufact urer and/ or dist ribut or/ reseller is not liable for, and does not cover under w arrant y, any loss
ofpropert ies or any cost s associat ed w it h removing, servicing, inst alling, or det ermining t he source of problems w it h
t his product .
This w arrant y is valid in t he count ry of t he original purchase at ret ail. It is non-t ransferable and applies only t o t he
original purchaser and does not ext end t o subsequent ow ners of t his product . Any applicable implied w arrant ies,
including t he w arrant y of merchant abilit y, are limit ed in durat ion t o a period of express w arrant y as provided herein
beginning w it h t he dat e of original purchase at ret ail and, no w arrant ies, w het her express or implied, shall apply t o t his
product t hereaft er.
To obt ain w arrant y service, you may cont act your local reseller from w hich you purchased t his product . Please confirm
t he t erms of your local reseller’ s policies prior t o cont act ing. Typically, you must include product ident ificat ion infor-
mat ion, including model number and serial number w it h a det ailed descript ion of t he problem you are experiencing.
You must also include proof of t he dat e of original ret ail purchase as evidence t hat t he product is w it hin t he applicable
w arrant y period.
