The RSSI (Received Strength Signal Indicator) gives an indication for the received power
level.

The RSSI level is only an indicator. Use this level with care due to the dispersion
between components.

The schema above could be modified from one to another product. The Operating
temperature could also have an impact on these dispersions.

The RSSI level could also indicate the potential presence of jammer in the used
channel.
•
The RSSI is a necessary but not sufficient condition to obtain a correct reception.
