Pay attention to the manufacturer’s instructions
for the device you are connecting.

Connect the USB socket and the external device using
a USB cable (not included).
Change temperature measuring unit

Press the button to display the temperature in
°Celsius or °Fahrenheit.
Switching between summer and winter time
Switching between summer and winter time, or vice versa,
takes place automatically with good time signal reception.
When daylight saving time is active, the display shows
“DST” (Daylight Saving Time).
Battery change indicator
Both base station and wireless outdoor sensor has
its individual battery replacement indication.
If the symbol is shown in the display, you need to replace
the batteries of the base station (INDOOR SENSOR) or
wireless outdoor sensor (REMOTE SENSOR) with new ones.
Proceed as described in "Start-up".
Pay attention to the following:

Only use the type of battery that is specified in the
“Technical Data”.
‚
Always exchange all of the batteries at the same time.
‚
Dispose of batteries in an environmentally appropriate
way (see “Disposal”).
