4. Weighing function (weight measurement only)
1. Switch on the scale by using the step-on-function. Just step on the scale. Remain
stationary on the weighing platform and do not hold you tight. After a few seconds,
your weight will be indicated.
2. After weighing, step off the scale. The scale will switch off automatically after a few
seconds.
5. Programming / Enter of personal data
Before first time use your personal data (gender: female or male, body height, age) must
be programmed and saved under selected locations P-01 up to P-12 (for up to 12
persons). The enter keys are located at the head front of the scale. To enter your
personal data please utilise the buttons:

(plus button), SET (save
button) and follow the particular points:
1. Place the scale on a table. Switch on the scale by pressing the SET-button, the
display indicates a flashing “ P-01” . To select your personal location (P-01 – P-12),
press the
or
button. After the selection of your personal location, press the
SET-button to save the reading.
2. After you selected your personal location, the symbol for gender starts to flash. To
select the requested gender press the
or
button. After the selection of your
gender press the SET-button to save the reading.
3. After you selected your gender, the symbol for body height starts to flash. To enter
your heights press the
or
button. After the selection for your height press the
SET-button to save the reading.
4. After you selected your body height, the symbol for age starts to flash. To enter your
age press the
or
button. After the selection of your age press the SET-button
to save the reading.
5. After input completion, the display indicates again your entered location (the entered
personal location can be changed by using the
or
button) and your entered
personal data. A few seconds later, the scale automatically powers off. To enter
personal data of further persons please repeat the steps listed below.
6. Body Analysis
An analysis is only possible in bare feet. Your personal data must be entered first (please
see page 4 - 5).
1. Press the SET-button and select your personal location by using the
or
button.
2. At first, your personal data will be displayed (age, body height, and gender). Shortly
after that, „ 0.0“ will be indicated. As soon as the display shows „ 0.0“ the scale is
prepared for the measurement.
3. Carefully step on the scale in bare feet and remain stationary while the measurement is
now taking place.
4. After completion of the measurement will appear in a sequence:
1. your body fat, your actual weight, your body height, and your age
2. your body water, your ideal weight, and your actual calories
3. your muscle mass, your bone mass, and your daily-required calories
