11. MAINTENANCE OF A DISPENSER AND ITS INDIVIDUAL OPERATING
UNITS
The user of the dispenser is obliged to operate the device safely, reliably and in economic way. First of all
he is obliged to:
–
appoint a worker responsible for the operation and technical conditions of the dispenser and its
individual components
–
ensure inspection, testing, repairs and maintenance by qualified methods
–
carry out records and file documents
ATTENTION!
All repairs of operating units can be carried out only by authorised service repair company and their
serviceman with relevant authorisation.
11.1. Filter
The filter serves to trap any mechanical impurities in the fluid. It is equipped with an all-stainless washable
mesh filter cartridge with a filtration efficiency of the contaminants 60 microns.
When the decrease of the pumping power is necessary to disassemble the filter cartridge from the filter
housing and wash in warm pure water. In the event that impurities do not wash out or damaged filter
element to be replaced.
Exchange, possibly cleaning of the filter element by the operator pumping station.
When replacing the filter insert dismantle the filter cover nuts and remove the lid. Grasping the partition
hole and pull up to remove the baffle. Then remove the filter cartridge from the filter housing and clean
this or insert a new one. Re-install. Prior to reassembly check the condition of seals, "O" rings on the
division, and in the filter cover. Alternatively, perform their replacement. Damaged O-rings can cause
leaks.
