Step 4.5
Now tighten the M4 screws so that the whole thing is clamped on the dishwasher door. Make sure that the sides of the clips
(part B and C) continue to connect well to the dishwasher door. Tighten the screws until part B and C begin to deform
slightly. Part A is then clamped tightly to the dishwasher door.
Note! If you tighten the screws too hard, part B and C will deform, as shown in the illustration with the red cross. In this case,
loosen the screws a little.
Step 4.6
The whole thing should now look like the figure.
Step 5.2
Place the parts in the position shown on the paper sheet, and screw the parts in place. The hinge points in step 5.3 have a
number of holes but only need to be fixed with 2 screws. Use the holes as shown. If there is a (hinge) hole in your front in this
position, use another hole to tighten the component.
Step 5.3
For the hinge points, use the position H or L as you measured in step 3.4.
Screw the hinge points in position H or L.
The two middle parts, the 60 cm long aluminium strips, are only needed if your door consists of multiple fronts. If your door
consists of 1 whole, proceed to step 6. Would you like to install multiple drawer fronts (for example 2x 40x60cm fronts) for your
dishwasher? Then proceed to step 5.4.
Step 5.4
Installing multiple drawer fronts is no problem. The different fronts must be connected to each other. This can be done with
the two 60cm long aluminium profiles. These profiles are not provided with holes, to prevent the screws from coming through
on some fronts at the front.
You must drill the holes for your situation in the position shown on the paper sheet. Use a 4 or 5mm drill bit.
Is your front made up of two parts? Then use the holes as indicated with “X”.
Is your front made up of three parts? Then use the holes as indicated with “X+Y”.
Then screw the aluminium strips on the front.
Step 5
Now we will install the parts on the kitchen front.
Step 5.1
Lay the large paper sheet on the kitchen front. The corners should be approximately equal to the corners of the kitchen front.
It is not a problem if there is a difference of one or two millimetres in this, but work as accurately as possible.
Step 6.2
!!! Then screw 1 hinge point tight again but also leave 1 hinge point loose.
Step 6.3
Slide the kitchen front with the hinge point over the pivot point.
Step 6.4
Then slide the loose hinge point over the pivot point.
Step 6.5
Screw this hinge point securely to the kitchen front.
The kitchen front is now hanging in the lower hinges.
Step 6
The parts are now screwed in the correct positions. The paper sheet can remain in place but can also be removed. In our
case, we will remove the paper sheet. For this purpose, we loosen all the screws for the components. Once the screws have
been removed, the paper sheet can easily be removed.
Step 6.1
Screw the short aluminium profiles with 1 screw, namely the lower one. In this way, the profile can move, so that we can easily
connect it to the dishwasher door.
Step 7.2
Turn the nut (no. 1 on the figure) on one side until the alignment of the kitchen front is as desired. Then tighten the nut on the
other side until there is no more play to the left and right. Do not tighten the nuts too tightly, then everything moves less
smoothly.
Step 7.3
By attaching to the Allen screw (no. 2 on the figure), the height can be set. When the desired adjustment has been achieved,
the locking screw (no. 3 on the figure) can be tightened, so that everything remains permanently at this setting.
Step 8.1
Slide the two white Nylon tubes over the M5x20 screws on the dishwasher door.
Step 7.1
Place the black tube, the ring and the nut over the shaft of the pivot point. Do this on the left and right sides. The width can be
aligned with these parts.
Step 7
Adjusting and aligning the kitchen front.
Step 8.4
Tighten the upper screw of the aluminium profiles.
Step 8.5
Add a little oil/lubricant to allow the Nylon tubes to glide smoothly through the aluminium.
Step 9
If necessary, mount a handle at the desired position.
Step 8.2
Open the dishwasher door and lift up the kitchen front.
Step 8.3
Slide the aluminium profiles around the Nylon tubes. The kitchen front is now hanging on the dishwasher door.
