About Your Child (Caree)
We need to add a little more information about your
child (Caree) so their
Care Plan will identify them. What
is their name and what would they like to be called —
I like to be called?
Note : Only cells containing a Public tag will be visible to
other users on Activ8rlives Apps if the child subscribes to
a Support Group, i.e. in the examples on the left - hand
side I Prefer to be called and highlighted Avatar will be
public, but not the full name of the Caree.
Avatars and Themes will personalise your child ’ s
Asthma

change this in Settings at any time.
Choose the Theme from the pull down menu and touch
