: Make sure no hardware or software is occupying or binding the USB port that you intend to use for
ACT-IR2000u. Plugging and unplugging multiple USB devices on the same USB port may cause damage
to your registry and may make your Windows O.S unstable.
Note:
UNPLUG
ACT-IR2000U on your computer before you boot your system.
No prior similar IrDA-USB driver software was installed. If yes, please refer to
Un-installation Guide to remove the old driver, before installing this new driver software
