2.2.4 Double-layer Installation
• An obstacle exists at the air exhaust side (see Figure 19)
Seal opening A to prevent the exhausted air from crossing the unit. The drainage construction space
required for the upper outdoor unit is about 100 mm. Water generated from the outdoor unit at the upper
layer cannot be directly drained to the outdoor unit at the lower layer. The overlaid units cannot exceed 2.
