B-Scan serves for fast randomly measurements along the object. These
measurement are considered to be spatially independent. In a short period of time
operator can optimize measurement parameters taking in to consideration different
areas of the object. Measurement of the object thickness as well as sound velocity
can be also done on the fly. Moreover, examination suspicious areas, location of
reinforcement, bots is also offered.
18.1 Main parameters
Main parameters tab of B-Scan mode mostly contains parameters which affect
ultrasonic characteristics of measured signals. The screen of main parameters tab
and its description are given below.
