Warranty terms
Dear Customer, thank you for choosing one of our products. Acqua Brevetti SRL uses cutting-edge
technologies with automated construction design and finishing processes, thus creating an excellent
relationship between performance and ease of use, minimizing environmental impact. The
registration of the product is optional and does not therefore constitute a required condition for being
entitled to the warranty right established by the law. Acqua Brevetti SRL respects your privacy.

Legal warranty
Acqua Brevetti SRL legal warranty covers its products pursuant to the Directive 99/44/EC.
Beneficiaries of the warranty are exclusively consumers, whereby those people are meant who use
the Acqua Brevetti SRL products for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity.
The duration term of the warranty is 24 months starting from the date of purchase confirmed by a
fiscal document or by a document having an equivalent value.
The warranty covers the Acqua Brevetti SRL product and its components.
The warranty does not cover the defects on the Acqua Brevetti SRL product that:
1.
depend on an incorrect installation of the product;
2. result from a use not complying with the instructions, tampering or an incorrect maintenance of
the product;
3. are the result of normal wear and tear;
4. concern non-functional aspects or affect the aesthetics of the product;
5. have been caused by external factors such as, for example, malfunctions of the electric or water
network, natural events, vandalism or other force majeure events;
6. are caused by the product or the equipment in which they have been incorporated and to which
they have been connected;
7. depend on the use of consumables not branded Acqua Brevetti SRL.
For everything that is not indicated herein, please refer to the legal provisions in force concerning
the consumer's legal warranty.
WARRANTY ACTIVATION
Connect to www.acquabrevetti.it or download Acqua Brevetti APP and select the item “Attivazione
Garanzia” in the menu.
A new page will open to be filled with your personal data, SN (equipment code) of the product
purchased.
Finally click on “INVIA” and wait the confirmation message on your email inserted.
