5.1.4 HANDLING, MAINTENANCE AND CARTRIDGE CLEANING
Every 12-15 days, or when necessary, turn the upper green knob clockwise. To each click corresponds the transition
between the cleaning and the filtering position.
Repeat the turning of the green upper knob until the complete cleaning of the filtering cartridge is obtained. Turn the
filtering knob until the filtering position is reached with the discharge valve closed.
Position 1
–
Backwashing
Turn the knob clockwise till the first “click”.
Holt it in the
cleaning position (discharge valve opened) for some
seconds until having obtained the complete removal of the
dirt accumulated into th bowl. Turn the knob clockwise.
Position 2
–
Filtration
Rotate the knob clockwise till the second “click”.
The
filter is now restored in the filtration position and the
discharge valve is closed.
Attention!
To obtain an optimal filteration efficency it is advisable to clean the filter with at least 2 bar of counter
pressure down stream the filter. To obtain this condition it is possible to use the closing valve placed
downstream the filter.
