(GB) 037-251 Fitting instructions:
1. Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary,
remove the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment /
frame members.
2. Remove the floor lining of the boot and the plastic back panel.
3. Fold the right and left side blankets of the boot to the middle.
4. Dismount the bumper.
5. Remove the two middle metal supporting plates from the inside bumper.
6.
Dismount the plastic box from the right-sided frame extension.

7. Dismount the drawbar eye (it will be used no longer).
8. Mark the fitting points (4 pcs) from the bottom of the frame member with a pointer,
use the interior plates as templates to correct these points. (Figure 1)
9. Drill through points „a” and „c” with a Ø11 drill from below towards the trunk.
10. Place the interior plates into the trunk (Figure 1), fit them onto the previously drilled
hole, and drill through points „b” and „d” from above with a Ø11 drill.
11. Take out the interior plates, and then enlarge the holes „b” and „d” to Ø18 only from
the trunk.
12. Enlarge the hole „c” to Ø25 only from the trunk.
13. Mount the spacer from above at points „b” „c” „d”, from below at point „a” with the
attached bonding units in accordance with the drawing.
14. Adjust the towing hook into the mid-position, then tighten all the screws:
M10 (8.8) 46 Nm
M12 (8.8) 79 Nm
M6 (8.8) 9,5Nm
15. Remount the bumper.
16. Fix the bumper at points
“e” with the attached bonding units in accordance with the
drawing.
17. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.

19. Only specialised services are authorised to install drawhooks.
(H) 037-251 Szerelési utasítás:
1. Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját.
Ha szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
2. Vegye ki a csomagtér padló kárpitját, és a műanyag hátfallemezt.
3. A csomagtér jobb és bal oldaltakaróit hajtsa középre.
4. Szerelje le a lökhárítót.
5. Távolítsa el a lökhárító betétből a két középső fém tartólemezt.
6. A jobb oldali alváznyúlványról szerelje le a műanyag dobozt. (benzinszűrő egység)
7. Szerelje le a vonószemet (erre a továbbiakban nem lesz szükség).
8. A gerenda aljáról pontozóval jelölje át a rögzítési pontokat (4 db) , használja
sablonnak a beltéri lemezeket, ezen pontok korrigálásához (1. ábra)
9. Fúrja át az
„a”
és a
„c”
pontokat Ø11-es fúróval. Alulról a csomagtér irányába.
10. Helyezze a beltéri lemezeket a csomagtérbe (1. ábra) illessze az előzetesen kifúrt
furatra majd fúrja át a „b” és „d” pontokat felülről Ø11-es fúróval.
11. Vegye ki a beltéri lemezeket, majd csak a csomagtér felöl bővítse fel a „b” és „d”
furatokat Ø18-ra.
12. Bővítse fel csak a csomagtér felől a „c” furatot Ø25-re.
13. A „b” „c” „d” pontokon felülről szerelje a távtartót az „a” ponton alulról, a
mellékelt kötőelemekkel a rajznak megfelelően.
14. Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a vonóhorgot, majd húzza fixre az összes csavart:
M12 (8.8) 79 Nm
M10 (8.8) 46 Nm
M6 (8.8) 9,5Nm
15. Szerelje fel a lökhárítót.
16. Az
„e” pontokon rögzítse a lökhárítót a mellékelt kötőelemekkel a rajz alapján.
17. Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzítő csavarjainak
feszességét ellenőrizni kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelelő nyomatékkal.
18. A ACPS Automotive garanciát vállal, kivéve a nem rendeltetés szerinti használatból
adódó hibákért. (art. 185 lid 2 N.B.W)
19. A vonóhorog felszerelését kizárólag szakműhely végezheti.
