Note: the filter element should never be cleaned by slapping it on a hard surface.
Wash with water (solvent in water)

If the filter element is clogged with carbon or oil, it should be immersed in hot

water at 35

.

Operation method: immerse the filter element in water, then remove it from the

water, and then make it rotate clean. After that, rinse the filter element in clean water.

Dry the filter element (no more than 50

), and then put it back in place.

Clean all parts inside the filter shell

Note: check the condition of the seal gasket and plastic blade before reinstalling

the filter element.

The condition of filter element can be checked by placing a light source

inside the filter element. If the filter element is found to have holes, the

filter element should be replaced.

Replace the air filter element

Replace every 400 hours (after two washings).

Follow the same procedure as the cleaning instructions.

The quality of the new filter element is tested by light illumination.

Install new filter element.

Install screw screws and dust collector.

Check and tensioning adjustments (per track)
Check every 10 hours
Place the excavator on a level, hard surface.
Place the bulldozer in the back and extend the piston rod of the bulldozer

cylinder until the track is slightly raised.

The bucket is supported on the ground and the front of the excavator is lifted by

the movable arm cylinder.
