Check the tension of the fan belt
The first inspection will be conducted after 50 hours of work and every 100
hours thereafter.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the generator and the service life of
the fan belt, the fan belt must be properly tensioned.
☆
Replace the belt immediately if any damage is found.
☆
For properly tensioned belts, there is a sag of 10 to 12 mm between the two
pulley farthest apart.
19 ) Air cleaner
Empty the dust collecting tank
Do this every 10 hours

Remove dust collecting tank and diversion device.
For dust collecting tank, should be emptied regularly (for dusty environment,
should be emptied once a day)

Clean the dust tank and check the fastening of the butterfly screw by hand.
☆
For inspection, there should be no foreign bodies, such as leaves that may
cause the filter element to block.
Note: when installing, the arrow on the can points up.
Clean the filter element of the air filter
Do this every 100 hours

Remove and empty the dust collector.
☆
Loosen the butterfly screw.
☆
Remove the seal ring.
Remove the filter element of the air filter and blow the filter element clean with
compressed air. The maximum pressure of compressed air is 6Pa.The direction of the
compressed air line is from high to low, 3 cm from the filter wall. When cleaning, the
compressed air should be blown from the inside of the filter element to the outside.
