Office Folder
When
Office
folder is selected, office formatted filename and folder containing office
files will be displayed. Only folders with office documents will be displayed.
Note:
If you cannot see the desired office file in the folder, make sure the file format is supported.
Please refer to page 35.
Use the
or
button to select the folder containing the office document you want to
view, and then press the
Enter
button.
Note:
To return to the previous folder or to exit the Office viewer, press the Menu button.
Choose an office file and press the
Enter
button to open it on the screen.
