Test Setup  
 

The field sensor is placed at one calibration grid point to check the intensity of the established 

fields on both polarizations. EUT is adjust to have each side of EUT face coincident with the 
calibration plane.  A CCD camera is used to monitor the condition of EUT for the performance 
judgment.
