Chapter 5 System Monitoring

The table below shows the meaning of each of the LEDs, and how to
interpret them.

Note

: If enabled, the audible alarm will sound when an error is

detected.

Caution

: If 1GB and 2Gb hardware is mixed in an enclosure at

power up, and the enclosure is set to 2Gb, the drives will not spin
up and LEDs 1 and 5 will be flashing.
