Altos R310

Standard Disassembly Procedure

This section tells you how to disassemble the system when you need to perform system service.

Please also refer to the disassembly video, if available.

CAUTION:

Before you proceed, make sure you have turned off the system and all peripherals connected to it.

Removing the Housing Cover

Remove the one thumbscrews located at the rear top of the left panel.

Slide the panel rearward before detaching it from the chassis.

Press both sides to release the latches.

Then take the front panel away from the chassis.

Removing the HDD, CD-ROM and FDD

Disconnect the SATA cable and the power cable from the HDD 2 .

Remove the one thumbscrew to release the HDD tray

Push the HDD from the chassis
