Installing and Removing Storage Devices

The housing supports one 3.5-inch and four 5.25-inch internal storage devices.

The empty drive bays on the upper front panel allows you to install additional

drives such as a CD-ROM drive, tape drive or another hard disk drive.

Your system comes with a CD-ROM drive
and a 3.5-inch diskette drive already
installed.

2.3.1

Installing and Removing a 3.5-inch Storage 
Device

The housing comes with a drive guide for installing 3.5-inch storage devices.

To install a 3.5-inch storage device:

Open the front panel door and remove the left panel.  See section 2.2 for more

information on opening the housing panels.
