Safety information
Read the following information. It serves to ensure your safety as well as the operational readiness
of the device.
ATTENTION
Only original ACD power supply units and ACD-approved batteries
may be used for the operation of the Voxter Elite Edition Set. The
utilisation of non-approved components can lead to the
destruction of the device. Remove the battery from the device if it
is not used for an extended period of time.
ACHTUNG
The Voxter, the docking station as well as any connection cables
must be examined for damage prior to use. Damaged parts must
be replaced. In order to do so, please contact ACD.
ATTENTION
The Voxter battery is a lithium ion battery pack. Lithium ion battery
packs can explode if exposed to fire. Do not disassemble the
battery pack and do not expose it to
fire or heat (greater than
60 °C).
ATTENTION
Never position the device in close proximity to heat sources
(heating fans or similar equipment) and never expose it to direct
sun
light and
shocks.
ATTENTION
Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can
cause hearing loss.
ATTENTION
Please consult a doctor or the manufacturer of the medical device
before using the Voxter in the vicinity of medical devices (e.g.
pacemakers).
ATTENTION
In order to prevent overheating, do not cover the Voxter, docking
station or the power supply unit when in use.
Please ensure that you comply with the intended use.
ATTENTION
The provided interfaces may only be used for the stipulated
function. Unintended use of the interfaces is not permitted.
ATTENTION
Correctly place the docking station on a flat and clean surface
away from direct sunlight.
Ensure that the connection cables or power supply units do not
pose a risk of tripping.
