5. Reinstall the battery into the battery holder.
PLUS

When the battery is installed, the two LEDs on the front of the
Transmitter will both flash momentarily, then go out.
NOTE: If the LEDs continue to flash on and off, remove the
battery for 10 seconds and then re-install it.
6. Install the circuit board into the enclosure and secure with the two
Phillips head screws.
