solutions were stored in a cool, dry
place.
6. Check if you followed the testing steps.
7. Check if you chose the correct control
solution level, either 1 or 2, when you
performed the test.
8. Check if the code number on the meter
display matches the code number on
the strip container.

Repeat the control test with a properly
stored strip or control solution.
Read Chapter 4, “Control Testing” and test
again. If you still have problems, call
Accu-Chek Customer Care at

If you chose the wrong control solution
level, you can still compare the control
result to the range printed on the strip
container.
If they do not match, insert the correct
code chip into the meter and test again.
