Fig. 57 Gas level indicator configuration window
The current status of the "Intelligent Gas Level" function is shown in the software. Status options:
Inactive
– the function is OFF;
Active
– gas level is calculated by the "Intelligent Gas Level" function;
Calibration is not done
– the function is OFF and waits for auto-calibration of the WPGH
indicator; it does not perform gas level calculation;
Unsupported sensor type
– the installed gas level sensor is not supported (WPGH
version is required);
Learning process (stage 1)
– after the WPGH indicator autocalibration – the function
waits until the driver uses all gas in the tank and fills up to full;
Learning process (stage 2)
– the function waits until the driver uses all gas in the tank
again and fills up to full;
Waiting to refuel
– the function was not able to detect the initial level of gas; this is why
it's on hold until the tank is filled up again; this may be the case when the tank has not
been refilled to full.
Before the procedure of "Intelligent Gas Level" function calibration is complete (i.e. the status is other
than "Active"), the LED switch panel shows the gas level that has been calculated based on the
current voltage from the WPGH sensor and defined voltage thresholds. The same occurs when the
WPGH indicator calibration window is open (regardless of the function status).
The function does not require filling up the tank always to full to operate
properly.
