STEP 2
Fill a cup with 8-16 oz. of distilled or deionized
water for probe rinsing. Shake off excess water.
STEP 1
Pull off the battery insulation paper and remove
the probe cap.
FIRST TIME USE
POWERING AND SETUP
If unused for a month or longer, soak
in 3M KCL for 30 minutes before use.

Your pH meter will come shipped
with 3M KCL droplets in the probe
cap. You may see this substance as
white sediment, which can be rinsed
off and will not affect its usability.
