Target Settings
Introduction
Use the sport modes to record your exercise
data (Heart rate, time exercised, calories
burned, distance travelled etc.) You can
choose between different sports and exercises
such as walking, running, cycling, swimming
and free exercise. You can start the exercises
from the watch menu. The watch will display
your progress and statistics in real time.
Goals
After selecting an exercise you can set your
goal: distance, time or calories.
Once you have reached your set goals the
exercise will stop and the data will by
synchronized to the ABYX FIT AIR
application.
Abyx Fit Air Application:
You can review your previous exercise data
by opening the application and going to
the second tab. Press on any activity to
view detailed exercise data.
