HOW TO CHANGE THE HOME SCREEN
TROUBLESHOOTING
You can change the watchface by pressing and holding the watch screen
from the “Home Screen” or from the settings in the "Wallpaper" section on
the watch.
1. Pairing: If you are having trouble pairing your watch using the QR Code
or “Manual Pairing”, please reset the watch by going to the “Settings” on the
watch and choose “Reset”. Go to the bluetooth settings on your phone,
Forget the device and try the pairing process again.
2. Notifications: In order for the watch to display notifications, please give
the necessary permissions to the app from the settings of your
smartphone but also from the “Notifications” section from the app.
3. App running in background: Please make sure the app is allowed to run
in the background otherwise the connection between your smartphone
and the watch will be lost each time you use another app.
