7.5.6.2 Firmware/Reset
Firmware/remote upgrade:
This function can be used to update the camera's firmware.
First, download the current firmware from the ABUS website.
The "Search" button can be used to select this file for
updating. Press the "Upload" button to start the update.
Restart:
Press the "Reboot" button to complete the restart manually.
Reboot schedule:
enables scheduled reboot. The reboot can be carried out
every x days at a certain time.
7.5.6.3 Log file
Log file:
data relevant to the system is recorded in the log file. This can help with
troubleshooting, for example.
Export:
exporting the log file into another file
7.5.6.4 RS-485
In this menu item the parameters for the RS485 control interface can be set.
Baud rate

Data bits:
setting the number of bits used
Stop bit:
setting the number of stop bits
Parity: parity

Flow control:
setting for the use of flow control
PTZ protocol:
PTZ control protocol via RS-485, standard Pelco-D
PTZ address:
Setting the user's PTZ address in the RS-485 bus (each device must have
its own PTZ address obtained (PTZ ID). The control unit in bus receives the
ID = 0.
