PASSWORD SET
Here you can set the following:
Press the direction keys
▲▼
(6) to select a menu item.
To confirm your selection, press Enter (5).
To exit a menu item, press the menu key (4).
PASSWORD CHANGE:
Changing the password:
Confirm this menu item with Enter (5) to open another submenu.
Proceed as follows to change the password:
“CURRENT PASSWORD” Enter your old password via operating keys 1 to 13.
The factory setting is: 111111
“NEW PASSWORD” Enter a new password via operating keys 1 to 13.
“CONFIRM PASSWORD” Enter your new password again.
If your entry is correct, the recorder reports “PASSWORD CHANGED” and the new password is stored.
If your input is incorrect, the recorder reports “NO PASSWORD CHANGED”.
MENU PASSWORD
Here you can protect programming mode with a password.
ON: Programming mode is password-protected. To open the menu, you have to enter
the password. The password is set in the factory to: 111111
OFF: Programming mode is not password-protected. You do not have to enter
a password.
