RTM Flange Assembly

All brand names and trademarks that appear in the instruction leaflet are the property of their respective

owners/manufacturers. This instruction leaflet describes how to assemble the bracket UR on the robot and

the welding torch on the bracket.

Mounting the bracket



Fix the RTM flange with cylinder head screws (I) on the robot (A) (tightening torque max. 4 Nm.)

Connect the connection cable (C) to the robot connection (B.)

Insert the welding torch (G) in the torch mount (H) and fix manually.

Tighten the clamp (F) with cylinder head screws (E) (tightening torque max. 4 Nm.)

Only qualified personnel are permitted to perform work on the device or system.

The RTM ABIx flange is available in a one-button Freedrive version (Figure 2) or a three-button EasyTeach

version (figure 3) as shown below. Each has an 8-pin M8 socket interface.
