6 Putting into operation
1 Connect the torch system (4) , hose and rubber connector to the fume extraction system.
2 Connect the start-stop pliers (3) to the fume extraction system (1) and fasten it to the extraction hose (2)
(cable assembly) of the torch system (4) . (Option)
3 Connect the dedusting system to the compressed air.
4 Plug in mains plug.
DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up
For the entire duration of maintenance, servicing, mounting, dismounting and repair work, the following
instructions must be adhered to:
• Switch off the power source.
• Pull the mains plug.
WARNING
Hazard due to overheating
Increased wear to the electric motor due to overheating.
• A cool-down period of at least 5 minutes must be observed for every 30 minutes of operating time.
• This value may change depending on the ambient temperature of max. 25°C.

NOTICE
• When fastening the start-stop replace pliers (3) with clamp, make sure that the red dot points in the
direction of the torch system.
