CAT3 PRO 6 Commissioning
6.1.2 Attaching the CAT3 PRO TR to the robot
1 Use cylinder head screws (7) to mount the intermediate flange (6) on the robot (5) .
2 Use cylinder head screws (8) to mount CAT3 PRO TR (3) on the intermediate flange (6)
(tightening torque for aluminum flange max. 3 Nm, tightening torque for plastic flange with
threaded insert max. 1.8 Nm).
3 Using the feather key, washer, and cylinder head screw, mount the torch mount on CAT3
PRO TR (tightening torque max. 20 Nm). Ensure that the hexagon nut M20 × 1 (9) is
turned far enough in the direction of CAT3 PRO TR (3) that it does not touch the torch
mount (10) .
4 Use dowel screws (13) / (16) and nuts (14) / (15) to mount the torch mount (2) on the torch
mount CAT3 PRO TR (10) .
