6 Commissioning CAT3 PRO
6.1.1 Attaching the CAT3 PRO CR to the robot
1 Use cylinder head screws (7) to mount the intermediate flange (6) on the robot (5) .
2 Use cylinder head screws (8) to mount CAT3 PRO CR (3) on the intermediate flange (6)
(tightening torque for aluminum flange max. 3 Nm, tightening torque for plastic flange with
threaded insert max. 1.8 Nm).
3 Mount the torch mount (9) with outer ring (10) , cone clamping element (11) and cylinder
head screw (12) on CAT3 PRO CR (3) (tightening torque max. 20 Nm).
4 Use dowel screws (13) / (16) and nuts (14) / (15) to mount the torch mount (2) on the torch
mount CAT3 PRO CR (9) .
