5.1 Installing the alignment jig

Use M8 screws to attach the alignment jig to the bores
on a flat surface. (The 6 screws are not
included with the jig)

Mount the guide body
in line with the bending angle to be checked and the clamping body
the mounting plate
.
The device has been designed so that all bending angles of a torch series can be tested in one clamping
process using additionally screwed on guide bodies. For special torches, the alignment jig is customized.
NOTICE
• To allow the alignment jig to be screwed on without distortion, the installation surface must be flat and
should ideally be dry and free from dirt.
