9.1 Maintenance interval
NOTICE
• The maintenance intervals provided in the operating instructions are specific to single-shift operations and are
for reference only.
Observe the provisions of EN 60974-4 Inspection and testing during the operation of arc welding equipment, as
well as the laws and regulations of each country and region.
Check as follows:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Every six months
Check the coolant level,
and fill if necessary
Clean the finned radiator
using compressed air,
removing all dust
Change the coolant
Visual inspection of the
coolant filter: whether there
is any sediment on the filter
element?
Clean/replace the filter
element

Option: check the coolant
supply and return hoses for
dirt, replace if necessary
Flush the finned
radiator against the
direction of the
supply/return flow
Flush the coolant tank
Check the tightness of
connectors, if
necessary, tighten hose
clamps using pliers.

damage
