• The equipment or system may only be operated by the personnel with corresponding capabilities.
• Components must only be used in environments with sufficient ventilation.
• The connection (serial or parallel connection) of several cooling units can result in material damage.
• Make sure that the cooling unit is filled with coolant before startup and commissioning.
• The coolant pump must never run dry as this will destroy the pump and render the warranty invalid.
• Do not operate the centrifugal pump for a long time when the coolant circulation loop is blocked.
6.1 Transport and installation
CAUTION
Risk of injury
Physical injury due to falling devices and components.
• Avoid abrupt lifting and setting down.
• Do not lift the components over persons or other devices.
• Transport the components in an upright position only and empty the coolant tank to prevent coolant leakage
before transport.
• Wear your personal protective equipment: safety shoes with steel toe caps, protective work gloves, safety
helmet, ear protectors.
• Keep bystanders out of the danger zone.
• Note the weight of each component.

CAUTION
Risk of toppling
Physical injury or damage to components due to improper installation.
• Disconnect the supply lines.
• Place the components on a suitable base (flat, solid, dry) on which they will not topple over.
• Note that the maximum tilt angle is 10°.
NOTICE
• Ensure free access to the operating components and connections.
• Install the cooling unit with a circumferential clearance of 50 cm to ensure optimum cooling air circulation.
• Prevent dust and other foreign substances from entering the system’s cooling air stream.
• Protect the components against rain and direct sunlight.
• Only use the device in dry, clean and well-ventilated rooms.
