5 Functional description
The ABI-CAR E-1200 / E-1200-O welding tractor is used to hold a welding torch for longitudinal welding.
ABI-CAR E-1200 / E-1200-O is a portable transport cart with four drive wheels and a welding torch mount for mechanizing
semi-automated MIG/MAG longitudinal welding. The ABI-CAR E-1200 / E-1200-O is intended for semi-automated
longitudinal welding on metal surfaces in all positions (horizontal, inclined, or vertical). The ABI-CAR E-1200 / E-1200-O
welding tractor is lightweight and robust. It is easy, user-friendly, and can be installed quickly. The magnet in the machine
housing enables welding of metal surfaces in horizontal and vertical tractor positions making it possible to weld in most
welding positions (except for overhead positions). The ABI-CAR E-1200 is also equipped with a pendulum to oscillate the
welding torch. A serviced ABI-CAR E-1200-O welding tractor consists of the following components:
In case of complaints If the delivery has been damaged during transport, contact the last carrier immediately. Keep
the packaging for possible checks by the carrier. Keep original delivery documents for
submitting warranty claims. Delivery documents are required for the processing of a claim.
The welding tractor must always be returned with its power supply.
Packaging for returns Where possible, use the original packaging and the original packaging material. If you have
any questions concerning the packaging and/or how to secure an item during shipment,
please consult your supplier.
