12. Tighten the adjuster screw F-2 until the lifting arm
G-1 turns up in line with the slot when the shaft
is rotated at about 40Nm to the closed posi-
tion.(100 N on the operating shaft). Tighten the
locking nut. See fi g.G.
13. Operate the disconnector to the open position.
14. Tighten the other adjuster screw F-3 until the lif-
ting arm G-1 turns up in line with the slot when
the shaft is rotated at about 40 Nm to the open
posi
tion (100 N on the operating shaft). Tigh ten the
locking
nut.
15. Manually test operate from the shaft of the motor
operation device and check that the disconnector
fully opens and closes.
Check that the lifting arm rotates enough to
enable the nut to move along the slot.
Check also in both the open and closed posi-
tions that the distance from live parts to the
adjuster coup ling is:
min. 120 mm for 12 kV
min. 220 mm for 24 kV
16. Make the electrical connections and earth the
motor operating device according to the respec-
tive standards and regu lations.
17. Test operate electrically.
