Always use original spare parts for replacement.
WARNING!
The replacement of the blade should be done by
a qualified specialist! Rework or sharpening blades is not
recommended unless it is done by a qualified service center.
Keep the under body and blade (25) clean and free of debris.
Remove clippings from the discharge chute (28).
Make sure all nuts and bolts are properly fastened before use. After
prolonged use, especially in sandy soil conditions, the blade will
become worn and lose some of its original shape. The cutting efficiency
will be reduced and the blade should be replaced.
Keep the blade (25) sharp to ensure a cut. Replace a worn or damaged
blade with a new one of the same type or have it sharpened by a qualified
specialist.
Loosen the hex bolt (27) anticlockwise using a suitable wrench and remove
it together with the locking flange (26), blade (25), support, ring and pin
(Fig. 29).
Replace the blade with a new one of the same type. Slide the pin
into the slot on the spindle and fix it with the ring, then refit the support,
locking flange and hex bolt. Tighten the hex bolt clockwise with 55 Nm
min, 60 Nm max. to ensure safe use of your mower.
Replace this cutting device after 50 hours of mowing or 2 years whichever
is sooner regardless of condition. If the cutting device is cracked or
damaged, you must immediately replace it with a new one.
Lubricate the blade (25) after each use to prolong the life span of
blade and mower. Apply light machine oil along the edge of the
blade.
