7.7 Laying down on stairs / emergency stop function
Lay down the CR23.
» The safety brakes prevent it
from slipping away!
» Press and hold the UP/
DOWN switch until the
climbing legs have been
completely retracted.
Please note:
The CR23
must
be lying on
the wheels, otherwise the
safety brakes do not take ef-
fect!
Emergency stop function
If a hazardous situation occurs, proceed as follows:
» 1 - Release the UP/DOWN switch
»
2 - Switch the CR23 off via the ON/OFF switch
» 3 - Remove the safety chip
» Lay down the CR23 as described
Eliminate the hazardous situation and resume operation
» Insert the safety chip
» Switching the CR23 on via the ON/OFF switch
» Operate the UP/DOWN switch
7.8 Parking

NOTE - Only park the CR23 on the horizontal.

NOTE - Charge the batteries after each use.
The automatic switch-off turns off during longer breaks. Switch the CR23
OFF
fi rst and then
ON
again.
Adjust neutral position.
» The climbing legs must be
completely retracted.
Switch the CR23 off via the
ON/OFF switch.
Remove the safety chip for
the immobiliser.
