8 Garantie und Haftung
8.1 Garantie
AAT Alber Antriebstechnik GmbH über-
nimmt für den c-max aviation (mit Aus-
nahme der Blei-Akkus) und alle Zubehör-
teile, für den Zeitraum von zwei Jahren
ab Empfangsdatum die Garantie, dass
diese frei von Material- und Ver-
arbeitungsfehlern sind.
Für Blei-Akkus - deren ordnungsgemäße
Pflege vorausgesetzt - übernimmt die
AAT Alber Antriebstechnik GmbH die
Garantie für den Zeitraum von einem Jahr
ab Empfangsdatum.
Die Garantie auf den c-max aviation er-
streckt sich nicht auf Fehler, welche zu-
rückzuführen sind auf:
»
Schäden, die infolge übermäßiger Bean-
spruchung auftreten.
»
Schäden, die sich infolge unachtsamer
Behandlung ergeben.
»
gewaltsame Beschädigungen.
» natürliche Verschleißteile (Brems-
beläge, Gleitschutz, Steigfüße).
» unsachgemäße oder unzureichende
Wartung durch den Kunden.
» unberechtigte bauliche Veränderun-
gen oder nicht bestimmungsgemäßen
Gebrauch des c-max aviation oder der
Zubehörteile.
» Nutzung des c-max aviation über das zu-
lässige Gesamtgewicht oder das max.
Personengewicht hinaus.
»
unsachgemäßes Laden der Blei-Akkus.
8 Warranty and liability
8.1 Warranty
AAT Alber Antriebstechnik GmbH grants
a warranty of two years for the c-max
aviation including all its accessory parts
(with the exception of the sealed lead acid
batteries). The warranty begins at the date
of purchase and covers failure of material
and errors in manufacturing.
For the sealed lead acid batteries,
always assuming correct maintenance, AAT
Alber Antriebstechnik GmbH grants a
warranty of one year from the date of
purchase.
The warranty becomes void concerning
defects or damage which are the result
of the following:
»
damage due to excessive strain.
» damage due to improper handling.
»
voilent damage.
» natural wear and tear (brake lining,
gliding strip, climberss).
» improper and insufficient maintenance.
»
unauthorized constructional changes
or inappropriate use of the c-max
aviation or its accessories.
» using the c-max aviation exceeding the
total weight approved or the max. ap-
proved weight of the occupantimproper
charging of the sealed lead acid batte-
ries.
