Loading/Removing Language Packs/Announcment Files
Loading customized announcments
You can load customized announcment files to the Aastra CNX to provide
customized telephony access when joining conferences.
Procedure for loading customized greetings
Use the following procedure to load a customized greeting to the Aastra CNX.
Note:
After customizing announcements using an applicable recording
application, you can save the recording to a
.pcm
file on the PC. For

Action

Open your Web browser and enter the URL for your Aastra CNX.
Log in with a valid user ID and password.

Click the
Maintain CNX
tab in the Aastra CNX main window.
Result:
The Maintain Aastra CNX window displays.
