Configuring a Speeddial/Xfer Key

Click on

Operation->Programmable Keys

Select from

"Key 1"

through "

Key 8

". (Keys 5 and 6 can be made configurable only by

your system administrator.)

In the "

Type

" field, select

Speeddial/Xfer

In the “

Value

” field, enter the speeddial extension or the extension to transfer calls to (for

example, “

5551212

”).

In the “

Line

” field, select the line for which you want to use the key functionality.

Click

to save your changes.

Aastra Web UI

Note:

Keys 5 and 6 (SAVE and DELETE keys) can be made configurable

ONLY by your System Administrator.
