CommPortal Access
• The CommPortal* is a web tool which allows you to
view missed calls, listen to voice mail messages, view
contacts, and set up rules to handle your calls.
• Access to the CommPortal is available from any
location with Internet connectivity.
– Go to https://hostedpbx.onecommunications.com .
– Enter your 10 ‐ digit phone number.
– Enter the PIN that you created when you set up your voice
mail.
