Cleaning

Saving the system file.

Store the system file to USB memory.

Cleaning

WARNING

Shut off power to the system before cleaning.

When washing, make sure that the lid of the I/O box is closed.

10.2.1.

Light Dirt

Please be sure to make the following check before and after the inspection.

Cleaning the conveyor belt and the sliding plate

Clean with and without water or with alcohol.

Wash AD4971 in water Temperature: 40

or less, Pressure: 12.5l/min or less.

Check the conveyor belt.

Remove the conveyor belt, check for fraying, warping, abrasion, cracks or any other deformities.

Note

Select the appropriate cleaning depending on the packaging and the product.

10.2.2.

Heavy Dirt

On a regular basis remove the conveyor belt and the sliding plate.

Two tension roller, a drive roller and slave roller

Opening of the sensor head (Especially the underside)

Backside of the conveyor belt

The surface and the backside of the sliding plate

The surface of the frame (Especially the inside of the frame)

For the conveyor belt, clean the following as required.

Wash with neutral detergent

Wash with hypochlorous acid water

Boil for five minutes

WARNING

The conveyor belt should be naturally dried enough after cleaning. There is a possibility that
mold grows.

Please prepare several conveyor belts, if you need.
