TROUBLESHOOTING
While The Triple Crown was built to be a trouble-free
machine, you might find a minor problem you are not sure
how to handle. The following chart lists some common
areas of easily corrected problems.

CAUSE
SOLUTION
Nothing comes out
of the chute when
coin mechanism
is turned, or erratic
amounts vended. Large, irregular shaped
candy or sticky-type
product.
Change products, clean machine,
use non-sticky products. Change
product to temperature and
humidity.
Bleeding–product
comes out without
using a coin. Improper delivery wheel
timing. Reset timing mark with timing
slot.
Bleeding–product
vends by moving
handle back and
forth without a coin. Improper product setting.
Setting too large for
product. Reset delivery wheel to smaller
setting.
Coin Mech. turns
backward without
a coin. Broken spring for full stroke
pin, or stroke pin missing.
Replace spring and/or pin.
Handle broken Vandalism on
coin mechanism. Replace handle.
Handle not
horizontal in the
rest position. Broken cam or lock lever
too tight.
Adjust lock lever screw or
replace nylon cam.
