Examine the filters for any wear, damage, or excessive deposition of dust. If
the filters appear to be fully covered in dust and pulsing no longer adequately
cleans them, the filters need to be replaced. Replacement of the filters should
occur as soon as possible.
Examine the lid gasket seal for wear.
Examine the filter hold down mechanism for wear.
Inspect all joints for evidence of air or dust leakage.
Check for evidence of moisture or dust build up within the collector. Moisture
in the collector can cause plugging and premature filter failure.
Check all electrical apparatus for proper operation.
Check for correct operation of solenoid valves.
Check discharge air area for signs of dust. See Troubleshooting if bypass
occurs.
Check all safety & warning labels are intact and legible and secure.
