Chapter 3  Award BIOS Setup

Parallel Port Mode

  Let user select parallel port protocol. This item is not 

recommended to change except user has special request. 
 

ECP Mode Use DMA

  Select a DMA channel for the port. Choices are 3, 1. 

 

EPP Mode Select

  

Let user select EPP version. 

 

PWRON After PWR-Fail

  When you set “Former State”, this allows you to set 

whether you want your system to boot up after the power has been interrupted. 
Otherwise, “Off” leaves your system off after reapplying power.
