Element(s) switched off. 1. Check whether the element is ON. If the error has not been rectified and
no other cause can be found, isolate
the water heater and alert you
installation engineer.
Hot water supply is used up.
1. Reduce hot water consumption and give the water
heater time to heat up.
2. If this error persists, check whether the safety
thermostat is switching. If this is the case, check if the
circulation pump is working properly.
